Feeling Stressed Out?

Cal Botterill says these tips can calm you down:


. Carve out personal space in your day.

. Take a block of holiday days, if possible, rather than dividing them up.

. Accept your mistakes and forgive yourself.

. Focus on the process and not the outcome.

. Ask for help.

. Realize you can’t know it all.

. Eat and drink well.

. Remember the airline oxygen mask protocol.  “Before you try to help anyone, look after yourself”.
